Custom Fabric Structures Find Place in Tent Market

It seems that in the years that we have been manufacturing tents and fabric structures we have definitely seen our share of changes.  There are more options in the marketplace and Genesis has aligned with special needs customers to custom design tents, walkway covers and other tarp related products and fabric structures.

Over the past 10 to 15 years we have seen the pop up tent and the retractable deck and patio awning become affordable and readily available.  the EZ UP pop up tent and the Sunsetter awning are two brands that come to mind.

One particular customer segment is a walkway or connection structure linking medical facilities or hospitals to mobile diagnostic units.  These semi trailers park at facility for a day or two and week and need weatherproof structures to keep patients out of the elements when leaving the building and entering the mobile for a diagnostic test.

This type of structure is custom designed for each site as each footprint and elevation and trailer interface is unique.  We have also made these structures for schools, businesses and other applications.
