Genesis mobile shade units are being used in numerous states with various climate variations. The key feature is our wind release that is a patented hinge system that allows the shade to partially fold during high wind events which helps prevent damage or overturn of the structure. Our competition does not offer this feature. We are located in the Midwest and have our share of strong winds. Our standard unit covers 800 square feet and buyers can purchase our complete umbrella system only and use their own running gear to save money.
